Ribbing on the back of the sweater should read:

Ribbing- (note kb2 is knit 2 stitches through back loops)

Turn your work and with right side facing, knit once around twisting the edge loops by knitting them through the back loop.

Finishing:
4th row of bind off….
Ch 3, gather three stitches and slip stitch through the three stitches to bind off

8th row of bind off added as follows:
Ch 2, gather one stitch and slip stitch through the one stitch to bind off

3rd Paragraph, 1st Sentence
Repeat these 8 rows all around the scarf until all stitches are bound off.

Pure Silk Lacey (Ferns) Scarf Pattern – IVYB-JA003 (Rev 2)

Chart 1 - Row 1 first three stitches are knit
Chart 2 - Row 11 stitch 17 should be a "sl1 k2tog psso"
Chart 5 - Row 2 first three stitches (6,5,4) are purl

In written directions these changes effect the first 3 stitches of odd rows (which should be knit) and the first 3 stitches of each even row (which should be purl). The Chart 2 correction only effects the chart, the written directions are correct.

Seashell Silk Shawl JA005 (Corrections to pattern published prior to Rev 1)

Body of Shawl: Continue working chart 1 increasing shell repeats...

After you have completed three shell repeats across your pattern, the beginning and ending stitches prior to shell repeats are as follows:
4 Shells Across – Begin with 10 purl stitches before the first and after the last shell repeat. Continue with shell repeat as established by shell repeat pattern.
5 Shells Across – Begin with 11 purl stitches before the first and after the last shell repeat. Continue with shell repeat as established by shell repeat pattern.
6 Shells Across – Begin with 12 purl stitches before the first and after the last shell repeat. Continue with shell repeat as established by shell repeat pattern.
7 Shells Across – Begin with 13 purl stitches before the first and after the last shell repeat. Continue with shell repeat as established by shell repeat pattern.
8 Shells Across – Begin with 14 purl stitches before the first and after the last shell repeat. Continue with shell repeat as established by shell repeat pattern.
9 Shells Across – Begin with 15 purl stitches before the first and after the last shell repeat. Continue with shell repeat as established by shell repeat pattern.

Work 4 rows of shell pattern leaving out beginning of next shell row. Leave stitches on needle for edging and break yarn. DO NOT bind off.

Chart Legend for Seashell Shawl (updated for Rev 2)

Chart 1 Correction for Seashell Shawl (updated for Rev 4)
Rows 39 to 57. Left side of chart should be same as right side.
Row 39 should end with three knit stitches folowing one additional purl before the final yo. Rows 39-57 need one additional purl stitch before the final yo, k3.

Chart 1 Correction for Seashell Shawl (updated for Rev 6/8)
Make 1 (M on chart) for Row 2 are unnecessary, knit all stitches after slipping the first.
On row 59 there should be 9 purl stitches after the first yo and before the last, not 10. Similarly on row 61 there should be 8, not 9.

Chart 2/3 Correction for Seashell Shawl (updated for Rev 5)
Increase marked as M (make one) on rows 2 and 10 should be knit in front and back of stitch increase.
Rows 3 and 7 have one additional stitch indicated on the chart, remove one knit from the right side of each row.
Chart 2 - The slip stitch at the start of rows after wrap and turn is the same slip stitch from the wrap and turn - ignore.
Chart 3 - On Row 15 the pull over 9 is in the wrong position. It should be under the YO on row 16.

Sunrise at the Beach Shawl Pattern JA006 (Rev 1)

Center Panel (correct cast on stitches)
Provisional cast on 228 stitches.

Seafoam Pattern (Rev 2)
This pattern is worked over 8 rows (not 16) directions for relief rows are correct but they are also shown on the chart.

Sunburst Endcap (Rev 3)
Turn and work as follows: Purl 18, Purl 2 together, Purl 2, place split marker, turn. The endcap pattern is worked in short-rows between the corner markers, using one additional stitch at the end of each row. At the end of the chart all stitches between the corner markers should have been worked.
Begin Chart 2 of the Sunburst Endcap.
Row 2 and all even rows: slip wyib, purl to 1 stitch before split marker, p2tog (removing split marker), replace split marker turn. (one extra stitch worked)

Lattice and Flowers Crochet Scarf Pattern JM002 by Janet Magnuson (Rev 1)

Page 2, foundation row should read:

Foundation Row:
SC in 6th ch from hook, *ch5, sk next 3 ch, sc in next ch repeat from * to end. Turn.

Water Scarf and Mitts PW001 by Patti Waters (Rev 1)

Metro Vest Pattern IB015 (Rev 1)

This correction applies to all decrease rows on Back, Shoulder Shaping and Both fronts after Underarm (3 changes on each front, 4 on shoulder shaping, 4 on back, 14 changes total):

Original reads on all decrease rows:
Work in pattern st for 8 sts ....... work in pattern rib to last 14 sts.....

Should read on all decreases rows:
Work in pattern st for 10 sts ....... work in pattern rib to last 16 sts.....

Mohair Curly Locks Fingerless Mittens IB019 (Rev 1)

Yarn is held doubled as stated on the first page of the printed pattern. M1 means "Make One", i.e. increase one stitch. If you are not knitting the optional thumb you bind off the 4 (8) stitches, otherwise place these on a stitch holder, not a stitch marker.

Fleurette Lace Jacket Pattern JA008 (Rev 3)

Note there is no published Rev 1 or Rev 2. If you have a version with no "Rev 3" printed under the pattern number on the first page you will need to get a new copy from the retailer you purchased the pattern from. The pattern is now fully charted with pattern notes and explainations and has been re-knit twice. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. Note that the pattern is very forgiving of mistakes which can be corrected easily on the next row knit.

Super Bulky Mittens Pattern IB009 (Rev 1)

A circular needle is not needed to knit this pattern.
Thumb gusset needs one additional round Round 11: Repeat round 5.
Decreasing for tip, Round 3, Needle 3, insert a K2 before the ssk. Rounds 4 and 5 need one additional K on needle 3, hence K2 becomes K3 and K becomes K2.

Lady Olivia Socks DB001

Pattern is written for magic look but may be knit on four dpns.
Distribute stitches as follows: 17 on each of first three needles, 19 on the forth needle.
For the heel flap put all 28 sts on one needle, or distribute 14 on each needle if using 5 inch dpns.
For the front and the gusset, use two dpns across the top and two across the bottom.

Roundabout Rib Hat IB025 (Rev 3)

Rev 3: Please note, US needle sizes are size 6 and 8 to correspond to stated (correct) metric sizes)

Rev 2: Decrease rounds after round 1 and 2.
Round 3: * knit to 3 sts before marker, k3tog, slip marker * repeat three more times around
Round 4: * sl1, k1 * repeat ** around. Slipping marker.
Repeat rounds 3 and 4, slipping the marker until there are 16 stitches left, switching to DPNs when necessary.

Hydrangea Shawl JA013 (Rev 2)

Chart A (Rev 1)
Row 3 should start with a Slip wyif. All spine stitches on even rows should be purled.

Directions for Hydrangea Border (Page 3) (Rev 2)
Provisional cast on 21 sts. Purl 21 sts. Work chart B2 once.Place locking stitch marker. Work chart B1 23 times. Place locking stitch marker (marks start of corner). Work chart B2 once. Work chart B3 three times. Work chart B2 once. Place locking stitch marker (marks end of corner). Work Chart B1 23 times. Place locking stitch marker. Work chart B2 once. Work chart B3 three times. Work chart B2 once. Place locking stitch marker. Work chart B1 23 times. Place locking stitch marker. Work chart B2 once Work chart B3 ending with row 9. At the end of row 9 instead of wrapping the stitch, slide it to the RHN, pick up a “stitch between the current repeat and the first edging pattern” twist it and place it on the LHN (to avoid a hole between the first and last repeat of the border pattern).

Chart A (Rev 1)
Row 3 should start with a Slip wyif. All spine stitches on even rows should be purled.

Directions (Page 2) (Rev 3)
Note there will be 60 yarn overs down each edge of the spine, not 30 as stated.

Border charts (Page 3 and 5) (Rev 4)
On rows following wrap and turn the slipped stitch is the stitch slipped during the wrap and turn, do not slip an additional stitch.

Lily of the Valley Shawl and Gloves JA009/010 (Rev 2)

All Odd Rows with p7tog: There should be a k2tog immediately before the purl preceding the 3 st Mock Cable Left Twist. Directions for NUPP are (K, YO, K, YO, K, YO, K) these sts are gathered together with the p7tog in next round. On shawl there are 18 (not 17) repeats of chart 3 on lace edge. On shawl charts 1A and 1C col 35/86 of rows 3,7,11 should be a knit not a k2tog.

Lucky Seven Sweater IB007 (Rev 1)

Sizes are to fit. Sleeve Increases (note counts are correct)

Increase 1 st at each edge of every 6th row 18 (18, 18, 15) times. Increase 1 st at each end of every 8th row 0 (2, 3, 6) times – 120, (130, 136, 140) sts. Work until piece measures 18 (18.5, 19.5, 20) inches above ribbing, end with wrong side of work. Bind off all sts.

Spiral Celtic Knot Shawl JA012 (Rev 2)

Chart 1 (Rev 2) Row 39 should end with a k2tog as on other similar rows

Chart 2 (Rev 1) Recommended Increases, applies to rows 25 to 34 (if you are past this use additional k2togs at end of even rows until stitch count matches chart)

Row 25: Replace k after second yo with k2tog. After final left twist end row with yo,k2,yo,k2tog.
Row 26 and all even rows through 34: Adjust knits accordingly ending with k2tog. Row 27: Row should read yo,k2tog,yo,k3,yo,k2tbl,yo,k2tbl,yo before first twist. yo,k,yo,k, k2tog after last twist. Row 29: Row should read yo,k2,k2tog after final twist. Row 31: Row should read yo,k,k2tog after final twist. Row 33: Row should read k,left twist,k2tog after final k2tbl (replaces cross stitch gather)

Happy Puppy Sweater IB030 (Rev 1)

Pattern stitch for back.

BW = 2 [3, 3, 4, 6, 8]
On all rows 1 through six pattern is repeated once, not twice.
Cast on 27, [33, 33, 39, 51, 63] sts

Oceans Edge Shawl JA004 (Rev 1)

Corner chart 7 - Left edge should not have make one. Edge uses short rows, i.e. wrap and turn.
Right side of chart adjust number of knits to match stitch counts on rows 3, 7 and 9 to row immediately below (2/6/8).

Oceans Edge Shawl JA004 (Rev 2)

Charts 5 and 6 - Rows 4, 8, 12, 16 column 26 should be a purl, not a no stitch. Rows 3, 7 and 9 have an additional knit stitch, there should be 13, 15 and 8 respectively, instead of 14, 16 and 9.
Chart 5 - Note that on rows 4, 8, 12 and 16 the first slip stitch is the slip stitch from the wrap and turn on the prior row, not an additional slip stitch.

At the end of Row 5 it should read Ch 1, turn.

Halo Pave Shawl JA007 (Rev 2)

Edge Charts and directions:
Chart 3 repeat rows 2-7, not 2-8 in directions.
Chart 4 all rows are shown, row numbers should read 1,2,3,4,5,6
When transitioning from edge chart 4 back to chart 3, chart 3 only work rows 2-7. Ignore the first slip stitch of chart 3 after working chart 4, this stitch has already been slipped. Legend for charts 3 and 4. All chart symbols for WS rows are the same as RS rows. Ignore instructions for WS rows.

Chart 1:
Note the enlarged chart breakdown of chart 1 (charts A-F) Charts C and E are reversed (refer to main chart 1) and each chart should have 7 columns as shown in the main chart 1. Chart E (incorrectly labelled C) row 7 is identical to row 1 of chart E (incorrectly labelled Chart C). This is corrected in Rev 1 of the pattern. If in doubt refer to the main chart, Chart 1.

English Ivy Lace Shawl JA020 (Rev 1)

Border: Bind off should be on row 13 (working from the edge) not row 14.

Poison Ivy Hat IB051 (Rev 1)

Peeries: Directions may be confusing. After Make 1 knit in alternating colors all 121 stitches of each of the three rows. This places color A on each previously knit color C and vice versa. It does not matter how this is acheived.

Gentle Waves JA025 (Rev 2 and Rev 4)

Clarification (Transition to working body of shawlette): The stitches that are picked up are knit and twisted on the WS of the work. All other rows are knit on the right side and purl on the wrong side of the shawl.
Need to knit 2 stitches before unwrap on second to last row of the set-up for transition to working body of shawlette on page 3.

Falling Leaves JA024 (Rev 1)

On page 2, omit second setup row so that all leaves appear on same side of backbone. I.e. cast on 5 stitches and work row 1 of setup, then commence working chart.
